These House Rules are designed to help every guest enjoy a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay with Macturner Suites. By booking or staying at one of our properties, guests agree to follow these rules.

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the property and booking platform. Guests should check their booking confirmation for the correct times. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, but this must be agreed in advance.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at Macturner Suites properties. Guests must respect the property, neighbours, and building rules at all times.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and any other smoking products. Guests may be charged for cleaning or damage if this rule is not followed.

Guests must keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening and night-time hours. Please respect neighbours and avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour.

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are allowed to stay at the property. Extra overnight guests are not allowed unless agreed with Macturner Suites in advance.

Guests are expected to take good care of the property, furniture, appliances, and items provided during their stay. Any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Guests should keep the property clean and tidy during their stay. Rubbish should be placed in the correct bins or disposal areas as instructed. Extra cleaning may be charged if the property is left in an unreasonable condition.

Pets are not allowed unless this has been agreed with Macturner Suites in advance. If pets are allowed for a specific booking, guests must follow any extra rules provided before arrival.

Guests are responsible for keeping keys, access codes, and entry instructions safe and confidential. Please make sure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Lost keys or access issues may result in additional charges.
